Clean, convenient and excellent food.
The hotel was clean, easy to get to and the food was AMAZING (diverse, tasty and healthy). The hotel is right next to the train station and a big shopping center--where you have even more delicious culinary options to chose from. Easy travel to Haneda airport (by shuttle about 2 hours, by car about 1 hour).

Easy for travelers, but need to improve staff training.
Very near to the station with full of facilities and food.
Staffs are not well trained. The check in was slow. Staff kept requesting for documents that provided during check in and kept asking your personal info that already available in its check in card ie. your name.

Excellent staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the breakfast staff. Also the location being a part of the rail and bus transit systems made moving about very convenient.

The hotel is connected to the train station and a shopping mall. Drug store, grocery store and many other stores are located just steps away. Uniqlo, GU and Jins are also in this mall. There is also a big shopping mall next door. They also opened a restaurant and coffee shop on the lobby level.
